How will I know that Calypso Glow has received my order?
We will send an order acknowledgement email within 24 hours. Please Contact Us with your order details if you do not receive this email. Please note this is not an acceptance of your order. Your order is not accepted by us until you have received an email from us confirming that the order has been shipped.
If an item is out of stock is there a way I can be notified when it becomes available?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights. You may return the unwanted items via mail for a guaranteed exchange. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return products. We will be happy to issue a credit once the merchandise has been received by our warehouse in perfect condition. Please make sure to include your Calypso Glow receipt and provide us with a daytime phone number to contact you.
To make a return by mail, please Contact Us Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
I’m purchasing a gift for someone, what it they don’t like it?
We’re confident that all of our products will be enjoyed and we are committed to delivering high quality natural products. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we accept gift returns for exchange via mail. Please send the item unopened back to us within 14 days of purchase. We will be happy to issue a credit once we have received the merchandise in perfect condition. Please make sure to include your Calypso Glow receipt and provide us with a daytime phone number to contact you.

How long will it take to process my order?
Once your order has been finalized, we receive it within minutes. Shipments are processed Monday – Friday. Orders received before 12noon will be processed on the next business day. During the holiday season the processing times may be delayed until the next business day due to high volume sales. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
What should I do if my order is missing an item?
Please Contact Us and inform us of the error, please have your order/invoice number at hand so our team may reference your original purchase and provide the best service.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you can track it at www.usps.com using the tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email.

Free shipping is available on orders over $80 to any state in the United States of America (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes). The Amount excludes sales tax and any applied discounts or discount codes.
