Therefore, we have come up with three mantras for you to utilize in the New Year. Our tips for natural skincare will help you put your best face forward despite not getting enough zzz’s.

Repair

Hydrate! Water is your friend. Our skin alone contains 64% water. Half of your body weight, in pounds, is how many ounces of water you should be drinking, in ounces. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be drinking 75 ounces of water per day. 75 ounces of water is equivalent to a little over 9 cups of water. Not only does water reduce your appetite and help you lose weight, it cleanses your body, clears your skin, and allows protein to move through your bloodstream while waste moves out.
